Change is inevitable.

I’ve checked my blog and just realized that I hadn’t written on it since January last year. Time flew by so quickly, and a lot has happened since then. However, that’s how we grow, and that’s how it works in this world.

I can say 2019 wasn’t my best year, but I will never forget my memory of my first experience watching The Phantom of the Opera at a theatre(I will blog about it, I’ll try). The last quarter of the year was also one of the darkest moments of my life. I was in deep depression back then. I would cry for no reason, and I felt sad and lonely. It was horrible, and I felt terrible for my husband because he didn’t know what else to do. We almost went to get professional help because it was already unbearable. However, we decided just to get a dog instead. Pet therapy! Fast forward, I’m feeling all better now, and I got myself a very food-motivated Maltese pup named Nimbus Bear.

Regarding Change, I’ve decided to create a new blog for myself – www.ainiekatrine.com. I’ve named it after myself because I wanted to post my random thoughts in there. I won’t promise anything, but I hope I can maintain it. Lol. Aika Neko will still be up and running, though. I will try to post reviews there whenever I can.

I’ve always hoped that the year 2020 will be “my year,” but unfortunately, 2020 was a total bitch when it finally started. There’s a lot that’s been going on lately. Now, the world is facing a pandemic. Lol.

Things change. And friends leave. Life doesn’t stop for anybody.

I guess the world won’t let me get my way for now.
