I have very oily skin which is gross. I hate how my skin is still oily even when I am on an air-conditioned place. Due to having oily skin, I have been searching for products to help minimize this or else, my face would look like you just poured oil directly on my face. Yuck! I mostly use a heavy coverage foundation like Revlon Colorstay makeup for Oily/Combination skin. However, my face still oils up after 4 hours with this on. I’m not a fan of touch ups but I have no choice.
I tried to use it using the powder puff without blotting and it did work well in removing oil on my face. However, I personally do not like using the powder puff because it puts too much product on my face which can create a white cast on your face if not properly distributed. I prefer using a brush while putting this on.
It did a great job in removing excess sebum when applied but what I do not like is it only stays on me for 3-4 hours. Not bad, but I wished it stays on me for a longer period of time; but considering the price, it’s good to go.
Overall, the Etude House Zero Sebum Drying Powder (P398) is a decent translucent powder to help you remove annoying excess oil from your face. If you have combination skin, I think this would would work for you just fine and may have a longer staying period.
Have you tried using any Korean translucent powders yet? Tell me about your experience!

This looks like a great powder. I have mixed skin type so I will give it a try. Thank you!

9 April 2016 at 6:38 PMHi, Zaria! I think this will work well on your skin type and will probably stay longer. 🙂
10 April 2016 at 12:46 AMI haven’t tried that powder before. I think I’m gonna try it out in one of these days because I’m almost running our of powder. And because it’s summer and it’s really scorching hot, I might really consider that powder since my skin is getting oilier now.
